The New Year
Crazy start to the new year and both art and writing have cleverly eluded me. Spent the last few days pulling out some simple sketches with whatever measly time slot I could. Hopefully things will slow down so I can finally focus on my original work again. But for now: commissions.

Contest Crossover
An entry I did for a fellow deviantArt member's contest. The theme is to feature a character of yours with a character of theirs. RESULT.
"The thief had moved swiftly and quietly through the darkness of the palace halls until she was suddenly met with a voice from behind, “Good choice,” the voice praised, “that's what I would've stolen. Too bad you wont be leaving with it.”
The voice’s owner became clear as a figure stepped out from the shadows; long dark hair to match her silhouette and purple, glowing eyes.
The sassy thief immediately took the challenge with spunk, “Well that’s unfortunate-- for you. I hadn’t planned on leaving empty handed,” she said, waving around a worn, old parchment in her hand.
The shadowed woman donned a smirk, “I urge you to try.”
“And who’s going to stop me?” the thief raised her brow.
(What chance does this thief think she has?) The pursuer thought to herself. “Do you even know who you’re stealing from?”
“Should I?” the thief carelessly insulted and presented a grin.
The elegant, dark figure placed her hand on the wall over the thief’s shadow, “You might’ve reconsidered. The owner of that scroll promises you a unpleasant reprimanding.”
The thief paused, and then delivered her impish response, “well when you put it that way,” she bowed her head and whispered, “I still would have stolen it.”
“I doubt that.” The shadowy figure grinned as she plunged her hand into the thieves shadow."

Sketchavember #13 / #30
While I definitely failed Sketchavember, I've still got another drawing to share.
Got two new sketchbooks yesterday dirt cheap during Black Friday! (actually it was after black friday but the craft store still had a great sale going *w*)
I've been wanting to try gray tone paper for a while now! I love being able to add white vs dark shading and Sil was the perfect subject to break in the first page! Hnnnnggh I love this paper <3
See you in December!

Sketchavember #11
FEEEEEEEEEEELS FFFFFFFFJjfjjjgfkj
Having uber feels tonight about Lea and Val. I started writing their chapter almost three years ago and good god I think I might go ahead and go for a re-write and just finish it! Theirs is one of my favorite tales among my many chapters <33
Decided to sketch them up. Still gotta work on clothing designs for Val. Played with his hair a bit more-- also messed around with Lea's clothes and hairstyle (those braids on her head are still a bitch to draw). Although I have official designs, their hair and outfits do change from time to time. Ughhhhh my babiessss!!!!
Ahhhhh all my norse and viking feels HNGH <33
